Lora Kirk’s Pork-tastic Menu Starter: A fan of Local Farmers

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Lora Kirk, Executive Chef at Ruby Watch Co. a few weeks ago. The following video documents the appetizer she made for us that night which includes a slab of thick cut Ontario bacon on the bottom, which is then balanced with some lighter fare- talk about a great way to start a meal! Now I don’t want to ruin the video, so I won’t say anything else, enjoy the sneak peak!
