Ann Olson, Chef and host of Bake with Anna Olson on the Food Network Canada, was featured this week at the Canadian Retail and Foodservice Show (CRFS) in Toronto. Anna was representing and promoting many local products including fresh Ontario pork! Her cooking demonstration featured recipes for Japanese Gyoza Dumplings and, moving across the globe, she also featured a recipe for German Schnitzel Pork Chops with Spaetzle and Bernardin Beet & Onion Pickle.
