Butterflying & Cutting a Pocket into a Pork Chop

Hello everyone,

This is a video on two key techniques to get you ready for this upcoming barbecue season – butterflying and making a pocket in a pork chop. Jazz up this BBQ classic by stuffing them with something delicious! I always find that solid cuts of meat can be hard to get flavor into because the seasonings do not penetrate into the center of the meat.
