Your regular grocer may not always sell local meat products such as Ontario pork. Make sure to think about where your pork is coming from and remember to buy local.
Look for the new Ontario Pork label at your local meat counter, butcher shop or grocery store to make sure that you are buying Ontario products. If you can’t find the label, the Foodland Ontario label also indicates products that come right from Ontario farms. If all else fails, ask the meat manager at your grocery store where they source their meat from. Support your local economy and remember to vote with your dollar.
