Sweet & Soy Pork Tenderloin is my absolute favourite pork dish. Serve with a side of rice and salad for a complete meal. See the full recipe below- I hope you enjoy as much as I do!

2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh ginger, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
1/3 cup (75 mL) reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 lb (750g) Ontario pork tenderloin
